Chocolate-Cinnamon Breakfast Shake
2 scoops Balance Complete™
2 drops cinnamon bark essential oil
1 banana
1 tablespoon organic cacao
½ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup almond milk
6 ice cubes
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and blend until smooth.
