Eat Yoghurt as Protection from Colds and Flu

Eat yoghurt with live cultures or take supplements that supply live bacteria. Researchers at the University of California at Davis did a study on 120 elderly and young adults, and found that yoghurt eaters, as a group, had about 25 fewer colds during the year in comparison to non-yoghurt eaters.

The live bacteria boost immune function to fight off infections and allergic reactions. In addition to eating Yoghurt, a supplement like Royaldophilus is a good choice.
