Clear your clutter. Straighten up, do a load of laundry, and clear the coffee table or counter. This will get you in the right place for inner cleansing.Stock your fridge. Prepare to fill your body with healthy foods. Antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables help repair and prevent damage to your skin. Avoid all alcohol, tobacco, and refined or processed foods.
Purge your products. Give your skin time to rebalance by putting away everything except your cleanser, day lotion, and night cream. (Your ART® Skin Care System will more than suffice!)
