Do It Yourself: Essential Oil Infused Foot Bath

Directions:
Pour Epsom salt into a glass bowl or container (I prefer a Mason jar). Add your desired essential oils to the container. Stir contents with a metal spoon until the oils are evenly dispersed throughout the Epsom salt. Pour the salt/oil mixture into a container large enough for feet. Slowly pour in warm water (enough to cover your feet). Using your feet, agitate the water and salt until the salt is dissolved. Add AlkaLime® and let your feet soak for 20–30 minutes. Following the soak, pat your feet dry with a towel. (At this point I sometimes exfoliate my feet using a pumice stone.) Once your feet are completely dry, put 1–2 tablespoons of Animal Scents® Ointment in the palm of your hand and add 1-2 drops of your preferred essential oil. Apply the mixture generously to your feet and let it sit for 15–20 minutes. Put on a pair of socks and go to bed.
